The 15th edition of the "Sport & Collection" in the Val de Vienne track, Le Vigeant (France).
Part II of II - Various clubs -

The "Sport & Collection" is not only a Ferrari celebration but a meeting of different sportcars clubs. Sadly, the area reserved for non Ferrari is reducing each year a little bit more, and many owners are not really enjoyed by the situation, because they have to put their cars... where they can. However, if you don't like Ferrari models, you will be happy with the rest of the grid!
The 15th Sport and Collection was the theatre of an event for french car lovers : the first run of the new Pagani Zonda R in our country, under the supervision of Mr Horacio Pagani himself. This new R is really a beast, with a tremendous sound, and is very fast on the track. The R is clearly more impressive here than in the luxury stand in Geneva show. Another good new, 3 road models of Zonda were there too : the last F produced, the well known cherry red S roadster and an helvetic grey Zonda S coupé.

Concerning the Porsche area, some interesting models were present, with a guest star, a wonderful white 917. Another great model was a very rare Gemballa 928. This car is quite special for me because I was a big fan of 80-90's Gemballa's production, with the Avalanche, Cyrrus or Mirage models. So, this tuned 928 is like a piece of nostalgia for me!

A large contingent of Lamborghini was there this year, with no less than 13 cars, but especially unusual models or combos : Diablo GTR, Murcielago RGT or red road Murcielago. Note : this meeting was the first sighting of a new Lamborghini, the LP 650-4 Roadster, finished in gun metal grey with orange stripped, was there. It's clearly not a very interesting evolution.

Concerning the Bugatti area, the Sport & Collection is always a nice event to see the legends of the Molsheim factory and this year was exceptional with a nice team of Type 57, composed with 2 Atalante, a Ventoux and a Stelvio.

The Venturi club has always played a major role but the reducing of the space dedicated to the club has really disapointed the members. However, this year once again, a lot of nice models were present : a couple of 400 GT, four differents 300 Atlantique, a 260 LM and a RHD 210 Transcup.

Some Maserati were dispersed in the park with some great models : a MC12, a Barchetta, a Sebring and a Ghibli.

And now, all the rest! And when the rest is called Gumpert Apollo, Saleen S7R, Iso Rivolta Breadvan, Lancia Stratos, Facel Vega HK500 or Alfa Romeo 8C, it gives an idea of the car's level present at the Vigeant Track.
