The Bugatti EB110 GT chassis GT047 was ordered in the unusual Grigio Scuro shade, with the standard dual tone greys interior, via the Bugatti importer Auto König. It is possible (still not confirmed) that it was used during a short period as a demonstration car for the German market, to replace the GT024 that went to the USA. The car was then exported to Japan where it remained almost 25 years, it was then sold to the USA, via Symbolic Motors.
The car is still in the USA.
