The carbon chassis S41 was a nude chassis, most likely unbuilt during the Bugatti Automobili activity. It is possible that no homologation document has ever been issued for this chassis, however this carbon chassis has been engraved S41 by the workers of Campogalliano.

The SS21 was a Supersport unfinished and left at the factory until 1997, whose chassis and body were used to build an EB110 in GT version. The carbon chassis S41 was used to build a new "split car", using the SS21 homologation titles. Although this is not yet ascertainable, this 'new' SS21 was built after the Campogalliano's period, at least partially at the B-Engineering workshop during last years. Except for the documents from the EB110 SS21, it seems that no parts from the original SS21 were used to assemble the new SS21. The car was finished in Blu Bugatti with a one tone Grigio Scuro interior, using Poltrona Frau logo's flocked bucket seats. The SS21 was fitted with original BBS rims, a custom steering wheel (not the original Nardi model from the Supersport) and the rear panel with the central Bugatti crest. The Brembo brake calipers were red tainted, an option not available in period.
The car was completed in 2019 and was licensed in Germany
