The
second part of Salon Privé is dedicated to the Concours
of Elegance, with 2 specials birthday celebrations : the 60
years of the Mercedes Benz 300 SL Gullwing
and the 20 of the Ferrari F40.
One of the most interesting exhibitions was dedicated to the
italian coachbuilder Touring, with in particular
the Lamborghini Flying Star II and the Pegaso Z102 "Thrill".
Another outstanding exhibition is the Collection of Shooting
Brakes, with two actual Touring models (the Bentley Continental
GT Flying Star and the Maserati Quattroporte Bellagio) and the
Vignale One off based on a Ferrari 330 GT.
More, some legendary models were present in the differents classes
of the concours like a Ferrari 250 GT SWB California, an Aston
Martin DB6 Volante SWB Vantage, an AC Cobra 289 or an ISO Grifo
A3C. At last, a large area was dedicated to the other part of
the Gulf Collection of Duncan Hamilton. |
