An interesting sale was organized by Bonhams, in preamble of the 2015 edition of the Arts & Elegance in Chantilly (France). The auction was held in the courtyard of stables, near the Museum of the Horse, nearby the Chantilly Castle.
The selection offered by Bonhams, besides beautiful Bugatti models (T57 Cabriolet, T101 C Antem) and the collection of Alain Dominique Perrin, president of the Fondation Cartier (Aston Martin V8 5,3 Sportsman, Bentley S3 Continental), included the exceptional Maserati Boomerang, the One Off by Frua based on Maserati Mexico and the Osca 1500 GT Bertone.

The Maserati Boomerang is one of the master piece of the italian designer Giorgietto Giugiaro, exhibited for the first time for the 1972 Geneva Motorshow. The car was sold for €3,335,000 (with buyer’s premium).
The Aston Martin V8 5,3 Sportsman was a special order from two brothers from Switzerland. This model was the second one, the chassis N° 79008 and remained unsold.
The burgundy red Morgan Aeromax is the last model produced, the 100 of 100, built on 2009. Sold for €172,500 inc. premium.
