The Bonhams auction, called "Les Grandes Marques" is always an exceptional event due to the dazzling showcase of the Grand Palais in Paris. This year, an incredible line up of supercars was offered for sale with a Mercedes CLK GTR, a Jaguar XJ220, a deep blue Porsche Carrera GT, a Mercedes SLR Roadster and a Ferrari F40.
It is not the only interest of this sale with an attractive group of italian sport cars : a pretty Ferrari front V12 group with a "Verde Zeltweg" 550 Barchetta, a 599 GTO, a 575 Superamerica, a couple of Lamborghini Diablo with a SV and a VT, some classics like an Iso Rivolta IR300, a Ferrari 512 BBi, a Ferrari 365 GTC4 and a Lancia Stratos. The Maseratis are more and more represented in auctions with this time a great contingent consisiting of a Ghibli 4.9 SS, a Bora 4.7, a Sebring 3.7, a Mistral Spyder conversion by Mc Grath, a 3500 GTi and a Quattroporte III.
At last, I note with interest the massive arrival of 1990-2000's Ferrari with an unprecedented line up of 550 and Testarossa derivatives (512 TR/F512M).
