- Artcurial, The Retromobile Sale- The Artcurial sale during the French Classic Car Week is usually one of the highlight of the period. Artcurial's way of stacking a maximum of cars in an enclosure will always leave me dubious, but it has to be said that a good proportion of the line-up was exceptional. Ferrari 250 LM, Ferrari 340 America Barchetta, Bugatti T57 Atalante or T35C for the Classics, Porsche 959, Carrera GT, Ferrari F40, Lamborghini Countach or Aston Martin V600 Le Mans for the supercars, nobody was forgot. A special display was dedicated to the Mercedes tuning of the 80's, with a Koenig Specials 500 SEL, a Styling Garage 500 SEC Gullwing, a Carat Duchatelet 1000 SEC and an AMG 560 SEC wide body. Last but not least, some very exotic birds were also present, including a rather unusual duo of De Tomaso cabriolet, with a Longchamp modified by Pavesi and the Guara cabriolet prototype, made by Bachelli & Villa.
