- Les Chapeaux de Roues - The “Chapeaux de Roues” event takes place in the medieval town of St Emilion, in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region. Several themed exhibitions were organized: Alpine, Citroën cars by coachbuilder Chapron, Lamborghini, Maserati and part of Nicolas Leroy Fleuriot's collection, consisting of several Ferrari supercars. There was therefore a lot to see, including part of the collection belonging to Fradin, a great Lamborghini enthusiast and gentleman driver, who kept his Lamborghini racing cars, such as the Murcielago R-GT and the Diablo SVR. There was also a magnificent 400 GT, a Miura, and a rare Countach LP800i-4. At Maserati, the surprise was the presence of a Quattroporte II Gandini, one of only 13 ever produced, a stillborn project from the Citroën Maserati era. The Chapron exhibition dedicated to Citroën was particularly exceptional, with a beautiful variety of models, such as an SM Mylord and a DS Majesty.
