- RM Sotheby's auction - The second stage of French Car Week is the RM Sotheby's auction held in the Carrousel du Louvre, at the foot of the famous Parisian museum. Probably too accessible to the public, the event becomes difficult to cover properly as the rooms are packed with people. The quality of the cars may also explain the enthusiasm for the sale, particularly the presence of a blue carbon Bugatti Bolide. A trio of Ferrari supercars brought together a 288 GTO, F50, and Enzo from an Italian collection. In terms of classics, three exceptional Ferraris—a Spyder California, a Tour de France, and a Dino 206S—took center stage. I would also highlight the presence of the only French-registered Saleen S7 road car and a sublime Aston Martin V8 Vantage Volante, presented in Royal Balmoral Blue.
