The
EB110 GT prototype chassis #39010 (or C11) was a development
car dyed in red. #39010 was the first EB110 with the
definitive
sill's door,
in order to facilitate the access onboard the cockpit. On
this model, the door opening threshold is in the middle of the
side air intake.
The car was used for long distance testing, controlling the
reliability of the components and the cooling of the engine.
#39010 was used for UTAC
crash test procedure
in France,
in 1993(N° 93/6614).
Parts of the car still exist and are stored in Netherlands,
the carbon chassis shows a blank Aerospatiale plate but the
chassis is engraved 0006 (for the 6th carbon chassis made).
