The EB110 SS36 was a Supersport under construction on the Aerospatiale N°137, left unfinished on the assembly line in the Campogalliano factory at the bankruptcy moment. The car was bought by Dauer at the 1997 auction and finished in Nuremberg, probably around 1999. The SS36 was fitted by Dauer with the engine N°103, originally installed in the Supersport SS17, the car used for the Ice Speed Record in Finland (but with the engine N°150 IMSA). The SS36 was finished in Bugatti blue with an extented specific grey leather.
This EB110 Supersport could be easily assimilate to a standard Supersport from the Campogalliano factory but some details are not conform : seats are not Poltrona Frau logo flanked, the Dauer rear panel and the chassis number, using the carbon chassis number (137) instead the Bugatti chassis number.
It seems that the documents of the SS36 were the subject of a separate lot with the car. This could explain why the car was renamed to number 137. The SS36 documents will then be assigned to another car under construction, which thus can be called SS36-2.
The car was then sold in Sweden and licensed RUJ-208. SS36 was part of a huge supercar collection, exhibited in 2003 during the Stockholm International Motor Show.
2007 : The SS36 was sold in Russia (licensed P444oA) and was exhibited during a modern sportcar meeting in Moscow. The car is now fitted with a Dauer front licence plate holder.
2009 : The car was registered as competitor in the Bavaria Moscow City Racing, for the Supercar Parade. The main part of this show is a demonstration racing of Formula 1 and Rally Raid, near the Kremlin.
However, the event turns into a disaster for SS36, who made a very heavy crash during the exhibition. Many people believed at this moment (and for years) that crash was the fatal one ...
2014 : Five years later, the car reappeared safe in Germany, in Munich on may 2014, fitted with GT rims and a blue painted spoiler. SS36 was licensed in Germany, with provisory plates of Munich (M-061349). In june 2014, the car is definitively licensed in Munich: M-EE-7 The plate was photoshoped by the author on pictures.
2016, May : The Dauer SS36 was offered for sale at the first edition of the MC Royal Auction that took place in the Motorcar Museum of the SAS Prince Rainier, in Monaco. The car was in perfect condition but remained unsold. The rear spoiler was painted back in black.
2016, Jun : The SS36 was for sale at Automobile Legner, in Sauerlach bei München (Germany). The car is seen regularly on Munich.
